Our breath comes with us everywhere. Breath affects every organ, system and function of the body, and breath is affected by stress. It is a tool we can all use to settle our minds, to relax, to relieve stress, to wake up, to fall asleep, to check in with ourselves, to process emotions, to help us in our decision making process, and to heal. For most people, breathing is not functioning at an optimum level, but we can learn to restore and improve our breathing capacity.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) help the body release stored tension patterns and stress by activating the body’s innate mechanism that allows us to shake off accumulated stress and prevent new tension patterns from developing.
